How We Research and Update This Guide

This page explains how Jasmani Sehat decides what to publish, how we check product information, how we handle commercial relationships, and how we keep guidance useful for readers in Indonesia. It is the document we hold ourselves to, and we would rather state it plainly than bury it in a footer.

01 Choose the topic reader questions
02 Read the public listing format, pack count
03 Unsupported numbers omitted
04 Revisit and correct on change

What we cover

Explanations, label walkthroughs, and comparisons about natural supplements for men, botanical extracts, and everyday routines.

Where details come from

Public retail listings and review coverage that state format, pack count, and usage guidance — read, not tested by us.

How pages change

We revisit a page when a reader flags something or we spot a reformulation, then correct it or retire it.

What we publish and what we don't

We publish explainers, label walkthroughs, and product comparisons about natural supplements for men, vitamins and minerals for men, botanical extracts, and everyday wellness routines. A reader should be able to open a page here after seeing a product on a marketplace listing and come away knowing what the format is, what the label says, and which questions still need an answer.

We do not publish cure claims, treatment claims, prevention claims, or transformation narratives. If a topic can only be written about in those terms, we skip it. That boundary shapes the whole site: it decides which categories we cover, how a headline is phrased, and where a page stops.

Pages we write

Format comparisons, ingredient explainers, label-reading guides, and category overviews for men's vitamin formulas and everyday energy and endurance formulas.

Topics we pass on

Anything that only works as a medical promise, a dramatic result story, or a niche we cannot describe from public label and listing material.

Where product information comes from

Our product details come from publicly available retail listings and review coverage — product pages that state format, pack count, and usage guidance. When we describe a product as energy-oriented or iron-inclusive, we are describing how it is presented in that public material.

We are a reading resource, not a lab. No bench testing, no sample rounds, no internal panel deciding what works.

Everything below this line is about how the reading is done, not what the products contain.

How we handle nutrients and ingredients

When we discuss a nutrient such as vitamin D, we stay close to how it is commonly described in general retail and review coverage — usually everyday language around bone and muscle support. We avoid specialized claims. For botanicals, we describe how they appear on a label: extract name, plant part, and amount where given.

What a claim needs before it goes in

Every line about a nutrient, an extract, or a format has to trace back to something a reader could check: a label line on a public listing, or the seller's own stated description of the product. If a claim cannot be traced to a label line or a public listing, it does not go in.

01 Nutrient named as it appears in public material everyday language
02 Botanical described by extract, plant part, amount label structure
03 Specialized or untraceable claim wording left out
04 Capsule, tablet, gummy or powder, named plainly format first

Natural capsules for strength and vitality are described the same way as anything else: format, what the seller says the formula is for, and how the serving is stated. We do not rank formulas by how they feel; we show how they read.

No fabricated proof

We do not invent study results, certifications, awards, user counts, or testimonials. We do not create before-and-after material. If you see a number on this site, it comes from a public listing or a product label, and we would rather have a shorter page than a padded one.

This is also why our pages avoid superlatives. You will not read that a formula is the strongest, the fastest, or the number one pick, because we have not measured anything and ranking language would pretend we had. What we can do is line up formats, list what a label states, and point out the questions a reader should still ask a qualified professional.

That approach also keeps the guide honest about scope. A comparison of men's health support products becomes a comparison of what the products say about themselves — serving size, format, and the category of support they describe — rather than a verdict we have no way to support.

Standards we apply to every page

  • No invented ratings, review quotes, reviewer names, or reader counts.
  • No transformation photographs or result stories built to look like evidence.
  • No certification seals or clinical badges unless the source material carries them.
  • No medical framing: we describe categories, not individual health needs.

Commercial relationships

Jasmani Sehat is an editorial resource. We do not run a store and we do not take payment to place a product in a favorable position in a comparison. There is no sponsored placement hiding inside a ranked list, because we do not publish ranked lists.

If that ever changes, this page will say so before the change takes effect, not after. Readers deserve to know how a page was funded.

Editorial writing Written and maintained by the Jasmani Sehat team in Sleman, Yogyakarta, for readers comparing healthy lifestyle products in Indonesia.
Outbound links Where we point to a retailer or a listing, the link takes you off this site. That click is not a payment to us and it does not change what the page says.
Requests we decline Paid insertions, rewritten reviews, and requests to soften a caveat. Declining those requests keeps the comparison useful.
Sponsorship none active

Updates and corrections

Product listings change. Formulas get reformulated. Pack counts shift. We revisit pages when a reader tells us something is out of date, or when we notice a change ourselves. We would rather correct a page quickly than leave a stale detail standing.

If you spot an error, our contact page is the fastest route. Tell us which page and which line, and what the current listing says, and we will check it against the public source.

01

A listing disappears or moves region

We check the product page and either update the region note or mark the entry as no longer listed here.

02

A formula is reformulated

The ingredient description gets rewritten from the new label, and the date of the change is noted on the page.

03

A reader finds a bad sentence

Corrections go in, and if the mistake was ours, the page says what changed instead of quietly swapping the line.

04

A page stops answering a real question

It gets rewritten around the question readers actually ask, or retired when the category itself has moved on.

Writing for readers in Indonesia

Our audience is men in Indonesia reading in English, often comparing products they encounter through importers, marketplaces, or larger city retailers. That means we flag when a product is a US or international listing, and we avoid assuming that a shelf in Jakarta looks like a shelf in another country. Our office in Sleman, Yogyakarta, keeps us close to the readers we write for.

What we are not

We are not a medical provider, a pharmacy, or a regulatory body. We do not advise on medication interactions, diagnosed conditions, or individual nutrition needs. Those conversations belong with a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Our role is narrower: helping you read a label and understand a category. Whether a dietary supplement belongs in your routine is a question for someone who can look at your whole picture, not for a comparison page.

Products described on this site are dietary supplements, not medicines. Anyone considering a supplement should speak with a qualified professional about their own situation first.

How topics get chosen

Topics come from reader questions, from gaps we notice in our own coverage, and from changes in how the men's supplement category presents itself. When several readers ask the same thing, that usually becomes a page. When a page stops answering a real question, it gets revised or retired.

The site is meant to be useful, not complete for its own sake. A short guide to reading a supplement label earns its place here sooner than a long page that repeats what the packaging already says.

a

Reader questions. One reader asking about a capsule format sends us to check three or four public listings before anything gets written.

b

Gaps in our own coverage. If we explain gummies but never explain how a tablet differs, that gap becomes the next page.

c

Category changes. When brands shift how they describe a formula, our pages get rewritten around the new wording so the guide stays in step with what readers will actually see.

Tell us when a page goes stale

Corrections from readers are the fastest way this guide improves. If a format, a pack count, or an ingredient line no longer matches what you can see on a listing, write to us with the page name and what you found. We will check it against the public source and either correct the page or explain why the wording stands.
